All our lycra swimwear sizes are based on Australia Standard Sizing Guides. Which is to coincide with the children ages. Our sizes range is from 0, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12. These sizes are due to last between the ages, ie: size 2 will fit 2-3yr old children, size 4 will fit 4-5yr old children, and so on. If you need any assistance with this, please feel free to contact us.
Orders can be made directly via our secure online store. Once you have made your selection, you will be directed to Stripe, where you can pay securely with your registered credit card, or alternatively you can use Paypal.
Please note that in usual times we endeavour to have your order packed and sent within 48hours, however during peak/sale periods orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on the amount of orders we are receiving. If you have any urgent requests, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will confirm we will be able to have your order processed express.
Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post and should arrive within 1-4 business days from date of dispatch. You will receive an email with the tracking details from this date.
Postage is calculated according to the size of your order:
1-2 items = $9.50 | 3 or more items = $12.50
Out of stock items
If an item you are interested in purchasing is displayed as ‘Out of Stock’, please contact us for details on when the item will be available. Sometimes stock can become 'Out of Stock' before the website has had the chance to be updated, in which case, you will be notified immediately via email and either offered a replacement or a refund.
Please note, that during sale periods a refund will be instantly granted if any items are unavailable. This is due to the high turn around of stock during sale periods. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
Returns & exchanges
If you are unhappy with any of our products please contact us. We will exchange any item if the size or fit is incorrect, however the garments must be unworn and in its original packaging.

The Australian Consumer Law applies to all requests for returns, refunds and repairs where the goods purchased are faulty and or are not as described
All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt.
All purchases must be returned within 14 days of purchase
Postage costs to return the order is the responsibility of the customer
Please note the item must be in original condition including packaging, original tags and labels still attached and the item is unused and is as sold

Any personal information that you provide to us, including your name, address and email will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold to any other entities or individuals outside of Bobbi Sunshine. Your information will only be used to process your order. We do not collect or store any credit card information associated with your purchase when placing an online order. Some important information to note during our Clearance Sale 2018.
Our stock is very limited and we do not have full size ranges available. So all available sizing is noted in the title of each product. If by any chance the item you have ordered is actually sold out, we will refund you the cost of that item and process any other items within your order as normal. We will send you an email to confirm this process. We cannot organise any exchanges during the first few weeks of the sale, as we are expecting a huge influx of orders to be received, and therefore cannot manually adjust the quantities of stock on the website during the sale. We are happy to arrange this for you once the sale as plateaued. Please bare in mind that I may take a little longer to reply to your emails, and delivery times may experience slight delays of up to 2-4 weeks. But we will ensure that all orders are out before Christmas.
